Therapy is an investment of your time, energy, and money. I want you to have the information you need to decide if working together makes sense for you. Below you’ll find current session fees, insurance information, and answers to common questions about getting started.
Shorter sessions may be appropriate as you make progress and no longer need a full standard session. (16-37 minutes)
A longer therapy session available when additional time is helpful for the work we’re doing together. (53-60 minutes)
Ongoing therapy sessions focus on your individual goals, current concerns, barriers, and the strategies we’re using to help you make progress. (38-52 minutes)
Your first session gives us time to discuss what brings you to therapy, relevant history, and what you’d like to change. We’ll begin identifying treatment goals and determine how we may work together. (45-50 minutes)
While AI can be a useful tool in certain settings, no AI is used in note taking, documentation, or general service delivery.
All sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
Any anticipated fees are collected at the time of session. A card is kept on file for ease of payment.
